Missing piece that says a piece of my heart is in heaven. Also i paid for the date to be put on the back of it july 17 2026. No one answers emails in customer support. Extremely disappointed in product and cuatomer service. For the price i paid i should have gotten what i ordered. And it ahould be corrected with a new bracelet and what i ordered. VERY disappointed
