Shipping & Handling
Items typically ship within 3-5 business days from purchase unless otherwise stated on the product page. Each item is made to order, by hand and is processed in the order in which they are received. Thank you for your patience and understanding.
All items ship USPS priority mail with full insurance and tracking unless specified otherwise. For fine jewelry, please scroll to the end of the item description to see if your purchase requires a certain method of shipping. If you would prefer UPS or your order requires rush shipping, we are happy to accommodate your requests and will invoice you the difference in shipping costs.
Please note that although it is generally not an issue, the USPS cannot guarantee delivery dates. If you need a guaranteed date, UPS is the best option. Shipping upgrades do not decrease production time, only shipping time. please be mindful of our processing time of 3-5 business days when placing your order. If you need your purchase processed prior to that time, please inquire before purchase. we can provide you with our rush order options and fees.
Please note that some items such as fine jewelry must ship with certain shipping profiles. If the incorrect shipping profile is selected, we will be in touch to update the shipping with you.
To check the status of your shipped order, Please refer to the shipping notification when your order ships. It will contain the tracking number and the progress of your package on its way to you. Please note that this information is all I can see as well so I will not be able to provide additional information.
