Exchanges/Credits are accepted until 14 days after item is received. Please contact us immediately if you are unsatisfied with your order and we will assist you in the process. If we made an error, we will fix it at no cost to you.
Please understand that most customized/personalized items are not returnable or eligible for exchange in most cases unless there was an error made by us in customizing/personalizing it.
In the event of an exchange/credit, the customer is responsible for shipping costs (delivery confirmation, etc) involved in the returning of the item. Do not ship an item back before contacting us.
Items returned/exchanged without prior notification will not be accepted and will be returned to sender. Cancellations must be submitted within 24 hours. Refunds are not available at this time. Thank you for your understanding.
