The bracelet is beautiful, but it is really not adjustable to a smaller arm and wrist. Still like it though. Maybe you need to make it more adjustable friendly.

When my aunt opened the package we realized that a charm wasn�t there, I contacted the shop (on Christmas Day) and they responded in a matter of minutes and got the issue resolved for no extra cost.
